All teachers, coaches, and staff agree to:

• complete an application
• sign a commitment to honor our Statement of Faith
• agree to operate under the guidelines that pertain to specific activities and programs (Code of Conduct, Dress Code, Program-specific policies)
• complete a background check at BCHE's expense
• honor policy regarding using our communication app in keeping with Safe & Secure policy regarding communication with minors

Guardians Academy: We are always looking for teachers who will fit well into our faith-based Academy program! 

• Regular Classroom Assistants
• Childcare
• Teacher spot available for Science class

Guardians Coaches: Are you experienced in sports and physical education? We're always on the look out for energetic and skilled coaches!

• Sports Ed coach (P.E.) assistant
• Volleyball regular assistant
• Basketball assistant coach
• Pickleball coach
• Disc Golf coach
• Soccer coach assistant

Am I eligible?

• We do not require that you have any specific degree or certification in order to fill most teacher/coach spots--just experience and dedication!
• You do not have to have kids who would part of BCHE in order to teach/coach for us.
• If you want to coach/teach and have kids of your own you would want to participate, then you must be a BCHE member and your kiddos must be homeschooled/hybrid schooled.
